According to a report in a news portal, Varun and Neetu will join the team on December 17. Over the past two weeks, the actors’ symptoms have subsided and their antigen tests have been negative. Varun will do a final test today before showing up for the set tomorrow. Neetu reportedly still has four days of work.
Keeping in mind that fatigue was one of the long-term effects of the virus infection, the manufacturers designed shorter stints for Varun. According to the report, unlike before, when he was shooting daily, the actor will now film every two days in shorter shifts and will continue to work until the end of the month.
“Jug Jugg Jeeyo” marks the return of Neetu Kapoor seven years after starring in “Besharam” with her son Ranbir Kapoor and late husband Rishi Kapoor.
