‘We got married (quickly) when she was three months pregnant’

TV actor Ravi Bhatia, known for playing the role of Salim in Ekta Kapoor’s Jodhaa Akbar show, ended his marriage to his wife Yulida Handayani after three years. Confirming his separation from the wife of his Indonesian flight hostess, Ravi revealed that they got married quickly when Yulida got pregnant while they were having an affair. She was three months pregnant when they decided to get married. However, Ravi now believes marriage is an important decision and they should have thought seriously as there were cultural differences. “Yulida and I have been in a relationship for some time, but she got pregnant and we got married. When we got married, she was three months pregnant. Marriage is an important decision and you have to think seriously. She is a beautiful woman. girl, but cultural differences were some of the reasons for the breakup. She failed to settle in Mumbai due to language barrier. She didn’t make many friends and to some extent it was also my mistake. so busy pursuing my career that I couldn’t give her quality time. She felt lonely and missed her family. So, we both felt it was better to separate amicably and live a happy life, “Ravi Bhatia told TOI in an interview . Ravi further revealed that Yulida has custody of her son and they both share a cordial relationship with each other. However, the actor misses his son’s presence in his life and has said he will fulfill his responsibilities as a father.

“The best part of our relationship was our son and I miss him a lot. I know she will take care of him, so it was better that he grew up with her. Every night when I go to sleep, I feel his presence by my side. He has a bright future ahead and I will fulfill all my responsibilities that I have towards it, “said Ravi.

He further added: “Yulida and I share a healthy friendship, but I strongly feel that one should only marry after considering all the points of a company.”

Ravi was last seen in Ishq Subhan Allah where he played the role of an antagonist. She made her digital debut last year with Halala.
