6-seater Hector Plus with all-wheel drive and ADAS.
According to a media report, the upcoming 7-seater MG Hector Plus will be offered in two variants – Super and Sharp. The high-quality Sharp trim is said to have an all-wheel drive system.
The 7-seater MG Hector Plus will be launched next month. Instead of the separate captain seats, it will have a bench seat in the second row.
The 7-seater Hector Plus is expected to have the same engine options as the 6-seater version. These include a 2.0-liter diesel engine that delivers 168 hp and 350 Nm, which is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, a 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine that produces 141 hp and 250 Nm also coupled to 6-speed DCT as a 1.5-liter lightweight hybrid powertrain available with 6-speed manual gearbox.
It is also reported that MG will launch a new top-spec variant of the 6-seat Hector Plus called the Savvy. This variant will have all-wheel drive and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that debuted in the MG Gloster.
