An NCB official said a warning was given regarding the video that was in circulation.
“The notice was given with respect to the video that was in circulation. The NCB had received a complaint from Manjinder Sirsa about it and it was flagged to the Maharashtra Zonal Unit. To verify the veracity of the video the notice was sent “said a NCB official KPS Malhotra.
However, the official gasped on the date of the interrogation.
Sirsa, a leader of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) approached NCB in September this year for the alleged drug party hosted at Johar’s residence in 2019 which was attended by several prominent actors including Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor, Malaika Arora, among others.
The NCB in recent months has questioned several movie figures in relation to separate drug cases linked to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and other cases.
