Forest Minister Rakesh Pathania said Saina Nehwal, a badminton player from the International Badminton Academy, has been allotted 52 canals of land from the common pool near Sakoh. Not only that, an amount of Rs 18 crore has also been sanctioned for the international shooting range. Indoor ice skating rinks will be built at Dharamsala and Shimla. 18 stadiums across the state will be completed in the next one year.

Rakesh Pathania said that for PWD road we have taken the same number of connections from NABARD in last 30 years. Rakesh Pathania said the forest department has started a project to promote sandalwood. In addition, the project has moved forward in the field of environmental tourism. Preparation of the project has been started at Janjaihali at a cost of Rs 18 crore. Bringing a big project in Pandoh, the eco-tourism project in Parashar Lake is in the final stages.
