Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar “immortalize” their love with this clay imprint of their hands

Actress Gauahar Khan is set to marry Zaid Darbar in a private wedding ceremony on Friday. But before that, the couple immortalized their love with handprints. Former Bigg Boss winner Guauhar shared a photo on Instagram Thursday, where she posted impressions of Zaid’s hands and herself as they held hands.

The framed clay impressions of Zaid and Gauahar’s hands were made by Bhavna Jasra, owner of First Impressions, a company that specializes in creating such impressions that capture special moments. Captioning the Instagram post, Gauahar thanked Bhavna for “immortalizing” their love forever. The 37-year-old actor also mentioned how this impression will always be very special and will always be fondly remembered by both Gauahar and Zaid.

Commenting on the framed final product, Gauahar called his fat hands and said he hoped their children would get his beautiful hands. The clay impression captures Gauahar holding Zaid’s hands and is painted in gold color. Under the clay structure, their names are embroidered in gold thread and the date of their wedding ceremony is also mentioned.

The post received 1,69,207 likes as fans and friends congratulate the couple. Actor Amit Tandon commented: “Congratulations and I wish you only happiness”. The restaurateur and chocolatier Harjinder Singh Kukreja also commented on Gauahar’s post saying, “All the best! Congratulations. God bless you.”

In his latest Instagram post, Gauahar posted a photo of the mehendi ceremony. The actress wore a yellow ethnic kurta with gold embroidery. He covered his head with a yellow dupatta that had zari work on the edge. In the caption of the portrait, Gauahar mentioned family members who were unable to attend the wedding, but sent this clothing as a gift.

She thanked her brother for the “nice gift” he was given four years ago. Gauahar said that even though they failed to make it to marriage, their love certainly did. She said she felt special wearing the blessings her family members sent her on her big day.
