Speaking exclusively to ETimes about Salman, Pranutan said: “Salman sir is fantastic. It has a heart of gold. He is extremely honest with the people he is fond of. I’m glad he’s always been honest with me. I’ve always seen him as my father’s friend because they know each other even before they’re actors and he treats me as one. He keeps telling me he knows my parents even before I was born. He also decorated my parents’ bedroom on their wedding night. ”
Elaborating further, he added: “I know I always have it for any kind of advice. Even if I just want to talk to someone, I know they are there. I love his humility, familiarity and warmth. I don’t know how he does, after being the global superstar he is. ”
Pranutan also went on to talk about being called a “star kid”. “I have no idea what people’s mentality is about kids. I honestly don’t even like the word “Star Kids”. It just puts us in a certain kind of stereotype that isn’t true. Our parents are actors and we belong to a film family and everyone does their job, ”said the young diva.
Speaking of being compared to her contemporaries, Pranutan said: “I think comparisons are inevitable when the two of us make our debut at the same time. So there is nothing as such to deal with. We are all part of the same class. Everyone is learning and we all know we’re in the same boat. There is also a lot to learn from each other. ”
On the work front, Pranutan is preparing for his second film, “Helmet”. The film also stars Aparshakti Khurrana in a lead role. It also features Abhishek Banerjee and Ashish Verma in key roles.
