The index is expected to touch a record high of 47,000 this week. The index touched a high of 46,992.57 during trading today. The main contributors to the index were Bajaj, HDFC, TCS and Reliance Industries.
At the same time, the Nifty index rose 58 points to close at 13,740.70. The index set a new record today and touched an all-time high of 13,773.25. The market cap of companies listed on the BSE is also Rs. 185.21 lakh crore. The Sensex opened 107.86 points higher at 46,774.32 and the Nifty opened 30.85 points higher at 13,713.55.
Today, in the second half of the market trading, Burger King’s stock remained in the low circuit and finally the stock fell 10% to close at Rs 179.35. The stock touched the level of 219.15 early in the morning due to the upper circuit. Explain that the company’s stock is listed in the market this week. On the other hand, shares of Jet Airways also came into the upper circuit due to positive news. The stock finally closed at Rs 106.20.

Asian markets are booming
In Asian markets, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index rose 203 points to close at 26,663. Japan’s Nikkei index rose 49 points to close at 26,806. Apart from this, China’s Shanghai Composite Index also rose by 37 points to close at 3,404.
Market conditions on Wednesday
Yesterday, the Sensex rose 403.29 points to 46,666.46 and the Nifty closed 114.85 points higher at 13,682.70. This is the highest level of both indices in terms of closing. However, the Sensex touched a high of 46,704.97 and the Nifty touched 13,692.35 during trading. Shares of Hindalco and Bharti Airtel closed up 2-2% in the Nifty on Wednesday. At the same time, shares of ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank fell by 1-1%.
European markets are bullish
Yesterday saw buying in the European market. Germany’s DX index rose 203 points to close at 13,566. France’s CAC index rose 17 points to 5,547. Apart from this, the UK’s FTSE index also closed with a correction of 570 points.
