Actor Rahul Roy, 52, who was admitted to hospital after suffering a brain stroke, is currently undergoing speech therapy. He has been admitted to a private hospital on Mira Road. Earlier, he was admitted to Nanavati Hospital, from where he was discharged on December 8. Rahul mentioned in his social media post that he has been in the hospital for 19 days.

Rahul’s sister-in-law Romir Sen said he was now being treated at a private hospital. It will take a few more weeks for them to fully recover.

Sister is following a strict diet- Rahul
On Tuesday, Rahul Roy shared a picture of himself on social media, in which he is seen having breakfast at the hospital. Apart from this he has also shared a photo of the check at the hospital. Apart from this he has also shared a photo with his sister Priyanka. Rahul wrote with the photo – on the 19th day in the hospital and enjoying breakfast. I am on the way to recovery. Doctors and my sister have complete control over my diet.

Rahul suffered a brain stroke during the shooting
Rahul Roy became an overnight superstar with the 1990 musical hit Aashiqui. He was recently shooting for ‘LAC’ based on Galvan Valley in ‘Kargil’. During this time he suffered a brain stroke. He was then rushed to a hospital in Srinagar. He was later admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. He also stayed in the ICU for a few days.
